ABOUT OUR JUDO CLUB
San Shi Judo Club is a program of the Japanese-American Cultural Center of Vista. Founded in 1954, by Sachio Matsubara. Today the club continues to provide a learning and practice environment for Kodokan Judo. Students are of all ages and come from all walks of life. Our club is a full-time space dedicated to judo and as a result we are able to hold classes and events throughout the week. As a non-profit, we are able to concentrate on the mission of promoting values and culture. There are no contracts. All our instructors are qualified volunteers.
